Política de Cancelación y Condiciones de Inscripción

1. Confirmación del evento

La realización del Seminario STDR está sujeta a un mínimo de 10 participantes inscritos.
  • 30 días antes del evento, la organización evaluará el número de inscripciones.
  • Si no se alcanza el mínimo de participantes requerido, el evento podrá ser cancelado o reprogramado.
  • En ese caso, los participantes inscritos podrán optar por:
    • Reembolso íntegro del importe abonado, o
    • Reserva automática de plaza para una futura edición del seminario.

2. Early Bird (No reembolsable)

Las inscripciones con tarifa Early Bird se realizan con condiciones especiales de precio y organización anticipada:
  • Las plazas Early Bird permiten a la organización planificar el evento.
  • En caso de cancelación del evento por parte de la organización (por no alcanzar el mínimo de participantes):
  • Se aplicará reembolso completo del importe abonado.

3. Cancelación por parte del participante (Sin el descuento de Early Bird)

  • Más de 30 días de antelación: reembolso del 100 % del importe abonado, menos €50+IVA de gastos administrativos.
  • Entre 30 y 15 días antes del evento: reembolso del 50 % del importe abonado, menos €50+IVA de gastos administrativos.
  • Menos de 15 días de antelación: no se realizará reembolso.
  • Podrá ofrecerse, bajo solicitud del participante y si la organización lo permite, el traspaso de la inscripción a otra persona.

4. Facturación

Para la emisión de facturas será obligatorio facilitar los siguientes datos completos en el momento de la inscripción o, como máximo, antes de la celebración del evento:
  • Nombre o razón social
  • DNI / CIF / NIF
  • Dirección fiscal completa
  • Email de contacto
La organización no se responsabiliza de retrasos en la emisión de facturas por datos incompletos o incorrectos.

5. Modificaciones del evento

La organización se reserva el derecho de modificar:
  • Fechas
  • Ubicación
  • Programa
  • Ponentes
Por causas organizativas, logísticas o de fuerza mayor, garantizando siempre la comunicación previa a los participantes.

Cancellation Policy and Registration Conditions

The seminar is subject to a minimum of 10 registered participants.
  • 30 days before the event, the organization will evaluate the number of registrations.
  • If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the event may be cancelled or rescheduled.
  • In such case, registered participants may choose between:
    • Full refund of the amount paid, or
    • Automatic reservation for a future edition of the seminar.

2. Early Bird (Not refundable)

Early Bird registrations are offered under special pricing and early organizational planning conditions:
  • Early Bird registrations allow the organization to plan the event.
  • In case of event cancellation by the organization (due to not reaching the minimum number of participants):
  • A full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

3. Participant cancellation (Full price)

  • More than 30 days before the event: 100% refund, but €50+IVA for administrative expenses will be charged.
  • Between 30 and 15 days before the event: 50% refund, but €50+IVA for administrative expenses will be charged.
  • Less than 15 days before the event: no refund.
  • Transfer of registration to another person may be allowed, subject to participant’s request and organizational approval.

4. Invoicing

To issue an invoice, the following complete information must be provided during registration or, at the latest, before the event:
  • Full name or company name
  • Tax ID number
  • Full fiscal address
  • Contact email
The organization is not responsible for invoicing delays caused by incomplete or incorrect data.

5. Event modifications

The organization reserves the right to modify:
  • Dates
  • Location
  • Program
  • Speakers
Due to organizational, logistical, or force majeure reasons, ensuring prior communication to participants.
